Devin, Brett and their crew are always very friendly and helpful when I go in there. We purchased a GMG Smoker from them a few years ago and they are always there to answer questions or help with anything I need.
This year we were looking for a heater for our pool and again they were very helpful throughout that entire process. We trust they put our best interest first even if it means not making the sale.
Thank you Devin & Brett for the help in the past, and the ongoing support in the future.

We have used these guys for a few years now, and the service is always second to none. Helpful staff, prompt service, great experiences. They rebuilt my hot tub within days when I got turned away from two other businesses in town. That's how we discovered them. More than happy supporting a fantastic local business. The kiddos love the showroom, too!

We purchased our hot tub last summer from Devin and have been very pleased with the tub and the service from LA Spas. Right from our first visit to the showroom to the purchase, delivery and set up of the tub all of our questions and concerns were answered professionally and there was never any type of pressure to proceed with the purchase. Great place and people to do business with.

Superb Customer Service , Great Quality , and Good Selection !
Got our first hot tub here 6 years ago and have dealt with them every few months getting supplies etc ever since. The team has a small town feel as in always a genuine smile , make you feel like family and ever willing to help in any way they can ! Knowledgeable staff and all the supplies you need at more than fair prices.
They’re definitely one of my favourite places and if you’re looking for a new hot tub ( love my salt water one ! ) supplies or just knowledgable advice or a friendly smile I’d definitely give these guys a call or stop on in !

They really should have 10 stars. Devon and the team looked after me and my interests first and foremost. Even before the potential sale. When I did purchase, delivery answer set up were detailed and perfect with no questions left unanswered. There was zero pressure to make a decision or up saling. Just the perfect tub for all the right reasons.

I would recommend them 1000%. Putting people first is paramount and they do it in spades.

Devon and his team are like family now.

LA Spas has surpassed any possible expectation I could have. They have my business going forward. The service that Devon and Brett provide is unparalleled. I strongly recommend them to anyone looking for anything to do with hot tubs. (Read on for details of our experience)

We purchased a used hot tub from LA Spas back before they changed ownership, and the tub has been good for us. They did repairs before selling, and I've been very impressed with them making sure that the tub was in good condition before it came to us. We ultimately had an issue with the topside module and needed to get it replaced - but something I attribute to just the age of the unit.

We originally got a quote from a different hot tub company in town who left us hanging for 2 weeks, then texted to say they were going to pass on the job. Freaking out that my newly purchased hot tub was about to become a frozen brick, I called Devon at LA Spas who said that he would take care of us. He hasn't let me down in the slightest.

Even though it's been tricky at times to get everything working right on our older model, they keep finding solutions and keeping their promise to take care us. They've made multiple service

I got my Max spa from Devon in 2023, I had a multitude of questions that he answered right away for me. They stock a great selection of tubs and accessories which helped us make our choice of what to buy. A year and a half later I still deal with Devon and still get the awesome service I got from day 1. I highly recommend LA Pools and Spas for all your needs! Thanks Devon and your team for the awesome service you provide.

They helped me out with an after-market topside, and some cables to make it work with my system. Also chatted with me to troubleshoot some issues I was having. Thanks for the service!!!

Awesome experience with Ultimate Spas. Tried one tub and changed my mind after a week. No problem. Devin allowed a swap with just delivery for my cost. Extremely happy with the new one. Great product, great service. Thanks Devin.
