Product Description

The Balboa BP100 Spa Pack is a modern control system equipped with a TP200T topside controller. It includes a remote 4 kW heater and supports two pumps: a two-speed primary pump and a single-speed secondary pump. The unit comes factory-configured for 230V operation. Designed for retrofits of small hot tubs consisting of one or two pumps - this BP100 spa pak must be installed vertically not horizontally to protect it from water intrusion. If mounted horizontally, the warranty will be null and void.

Important Information

Review the attachment below with control panel compatibility. All standard TP series topside control panels.

Pump 1, Circulation Pump, and Ozone must all be the same voltage on the BP100 pak. With 120 VAC power input (for setups 3 & 4 only), Pump 1, Circ Pump and Ozone must all be 120V. See wiring diagram for rewiring instructions.

The Balboa BP100 Spa Pak requires a minimum water flow rate of 23 gallons per minute for the flow switches to activate and the heater to function properly. The installer must verify that your spa's plumbing system can deliver this flow rate to ensure the system operates as intended.
